Proske expertly orchestrated a global celebration that focused on employee bonding, while also introducing the new brand, values, and business strategy. We employed a hybrid event concept, combining local celebrations, a 9-hour live TV broadcast, and a central digital platform to connect employees worldwide. With only five weeks to execute, we transformed 260 offices overnight, ensuring a smooth transition for employees as they returned to work the following morning to a completely revamped environment.
