We were engaged by a mid-sized pharmaceutical company to overhaul its event operations. The company’s reliance on traditional, manual processes was limiting its ability to manage an increasing volume of stakeholder engagements efficiently. Recognising the need for a data-driven and scalable solutions, we proposed the implementation of Cvent, ensuring a seamless integration into its broader strategic meetings management framework.
We optimised events and meetings management by introducing a structured system that improved coordination and streamlined planning. Leveraging data-driven decision-making enabled continuous improvement and maximised event impact. Automation initiatives boosted efficiency by reducing manual tasks, minimising redundancies, and improving resource allocation.
Furthermore, we reinforced compliance and risk management by integrating strict regulatory controls, ensuring adherence to industry standards and corporate policies. As a result, we created a comprehensive, data-backed meetings and events management framework that maximised efficiency, minimised risks, and delivered an engaging, impactful experience for stakeholders.
Proske functioned as liaison between the client and Cvent, translating the exact needs from our clients to the system provider. Over the years the system was rolled out globally, but also locally on affiliate level. Today Proske still functions as a global lead agency, supporting local agencies with reporting, accuracy and development of the system.
