As part of a forward-thinking approach to pharmaceutical meeting planning, Proske partnered with Aphria and CC Pharma to launch CC Pharma Medical Cannabis Trainings – a hybrid program designed to educate healthcare professionals on medical cannabis through a mix of live events and virtual sessions.
Our client, Aphria & CC Pharma, envisioned pharmaceutical meeting planning that delivered a next-level training format to educate healthcare professionals (HCPs) on medical cannabis. Our objective was to create a dynamic programme that seamlessly combined live roadshows with virtual sessions, allowing HCPs to join effortlessly, regardless of schedule or location. This hybrid format needed to be accessible anytime, anywhere, broadening its reach and maximising impact across a wide, diverse audience.
Working closely with the client, we launched the “Medical Cannabis Training” brand, transforming a traditional roadshow concept into a cutting-edge hybrid experience. When DSM and Firmenich announced their merger of equals, Proske was brought in to design and execute a global celebration that would unify employees, unveil a new brand, and mark this historic company merger through an unforgettable, multi-location hybrid experience.
We were tasked with organising a high-impact event to celebrate the internal merger of DSM and Firmenich, uniting 30,000 global employees across multiple locations. With a tight five-week timeline and no fixed event date initially, we faced the challenge of coordinating complex logistics and aligning numerous external partners. The event also marked the unveiling of a new brand, which added an extra layer of complexity, as we needed to ensure that this moment was seamlessly integrated into the experience.
Proske expertly orchestrated a global celebration that focused on employee bonding, while also introducing the new brand, values, and business strategy to communicate this merger of equals. We employed a hybrid event concept, combining local celebrations, a 9-hour live TV broadcast, and a central digital platform to connect employees worldwide. With only five weeks to execute, we transformed 260 offices overnight, ensuring a smooth transition for employees as they returned to work the following morning to a completely revamped environment. The immersive digital platform served as the event’s focal point and continues to act as a long-term brand experience centre, allowing employees to stay engaged beyond the event. The live broadcast, streamed through the platform, kept global participants engaged for nine hours, while local celebrations created active participation and emotional connection in real time.

Recognising the need for a data-driven and scalable solutions, we proposed the implementation of Cvent, ensuring a seamless integration into its broader strategic meetings management framework.
We optimised events and meetings management by introducing a structured system that improved coordination and streamlined planning. Leveraging data-driven decision-making enabled continuous improvement and maximised event impact.
