Our Recruitment process

Your application. Please submit your application through our website to ensure data protection, quick responses, and a smooth process. Kindly note, we do not accept email applications. If you should not find a suitable job ad, you can always apply with a “spontaneous application”.

Feedback. We review all applications thoroughly and will keep you informed throughout the whole process.

Getting to know each other. If you’re selected for the next step, your first conversation will be with our People Operations team. Following a successful first meeting, you’ll be invited to a second conversation with a member of your potential new team. For this step, we’ll also ask you to complete a case study related to the position. Please note that for certain roles, the recruitment process may vary slightly, such as positions in the Creation team, leadership roles or higher, or apprenticeships in Germany.

Your new career opportunity. The most amazing part is when we find out that we are a good match. In this case, People Operations will approach you with a job offer and support you with all the details around your new employment relationship.

Onboarding. As your first working day approaches, you will find that there is an extensive onboarding program at Proske, including a detailed onboarding plan, numerous onboarding sessions and a buddy who guides you through this exciting time.
